# Profile

Access and manage your merchant account information through these endpoints.

### Get Profile

Retrieve your merchant account information.

### Get Current Store

Retrieve the store associated with the current API key.

### Profile Information

#### Store Status Values

| Status                 | Description                       |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| `active`               | Account is active and operational |
| `suspended`            | Account is temporarily suspended  |
| `banned`               | Account is permanently disabled   |
| `pending_verification` | Awaiting verification             |
| `inactive`             | Account is inactive               |

#### Rank System

Total sales determine your rank:

| Rank | Sales Range      | Benefits                   |
| ---- | ---------------- | -------------------------- |
| 1    | $0 - $99         | Basic seller               |
| 2    | $100 - $499      | Discounted fees            |
| 3    | $500 - $999      | Priority support           |
| 4    | $1,000 - $2,499  | Featured listing           |
| 5    | $2,500 - $3,499  | Dedicated account manager  |
| 6    | $3,500 - $5,000  | Custom integration support |
| 7    | $5,000 - $7,500  | API rate limit increase    |
| 8    | $7,500 - $9,999  | Premium support (24/7)     |
| 9    | $10,000 - 99,999 | White-label options        |
| 10   | $100,000+        | Enterprise partnership     |

#### Rating Calculation

Your rating is calculated from buyer reviews (0.0 - 5.0 stars):

* Positive orders increase rating
* Issues/refunds may decrease the rating.
* Ratings update weekly.
